(1) The nsk bearings are grouped according to the size of their interference fit surface, and the bearings are sequentially arranged in each group according to their clearance size. The corresponding shaft or seat hole diameters are grouped in the same way. A bearing set having a large interference fit surface size is matched with a shaft group or a seat hole group having a large diameter, and a corresponding group having a small size and a small diameter is selected. In each corresponding group of matching, the nsk bearing with large clearance is tightly matched, and the nsk bearing with small clearance takes a loose fit. The result of this selection makes the nsk bearing's interference interference more consistent in the same batch of machines, which is neither too loose nor too tight, and the clearance is relatively uniform, thus ensuring the prestress of the nsk bearing after installation is appropriate. And to avoid creeping, ferrule bursting, impact due to improper play, vibration or heat, cohesion and other abnormal bearing failure.
(2) The coaxiality of the journal and the seat hole at both ends of the support and the perpendicularity to the support end face are strictly ensured to prevent the occurrence of additional load. If possible, the mechanical components acting on the load outside the bearing should be slightly away from the nsk bearing at the end that is more susceptible to damage, and the shaft and rotating part system should be as smooth as possible.
