The motor spindle (engraving head) suddenly does not move? How to do?
1. Check if the short circuit of the main shaft of the engraving machine is short-circuited;
Second, it is also the easiest way to reinstall the computer program; (of course, you must remember the click parameters before reinstalling, because each time you reload the program, click on the parameters will be restored)
3. Check if the driver board is burnt; (This can be judged according to the condition of the driver inside the chassis. Usually the green light is normal. The red light is abnormal.)
Fourth, the spindle motor to the inverter three-wire cable is broken. Confirmation method: The resistance between the plugs at both ends of the multimeter cable. Solution: connect the disconnection or change the line;
5. The spindle motor to the inverter three-wire cable connector is disconnected. Solution: Re-plug or re-connect and try again;
6. The inner lead of the engraving machine spindle motor is welded. Confirmation method: Multimeter between the three cores of the spindle motor socket. Solution: remove the socket and re-weld the open wire;
